Gus Silivos is the Chef/Owner of Scenic 90 Cafe and Nancy’s Haute Affairs. Gus Silivos began working in the family restaurant business at the age of 11. His formal education started at PSC and continued at the Culinary Institute of America. Silivos honed his love of cooking into preparing meals for not only Pensacolians but also presidents, dignitaries and royalty. He was instrumental in developing the culinary apprenticeship program at PSC and founding the local American Culinary Federation chapter.
PSC’s educational foundation fanned the flame behind Silivos’ searing career as a Pensacola Celebrity Chef.
