Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from high school or GED equivalency, one year of face-to-face customer service experience, demonstrated computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook, etc.) in a networked office setting, and internet navigation. College course work may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required experience. Successful results of a criminal background check are required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: : Prefer one year of experience in higher education student services; experience working with a diverse population; documented excellent customer service skills; and demonstrated ability to multi-task.

Duties: The Student Services Representative position is a full-time career service position. The Student Services Representative will provide excellent face-to-face and telephone customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors; provide information on the admissions and records-related queries; intake documents for processing; retrieve date from imaging system; and answer questions relative to admissions and registration in accordance with policies, procedures, and requirements. The Student Services Representative must possess the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and exercise discretion concerning confidential matters. This position requires working flexible hours including times when extended evening hours are required. This position reports to Coordinator of Admissions.
Salary: $18,290.00 ($9.34/hour)
